Arrival Process and Requirements

Residents arriving at the facility to begin the program should report to the front desk for check-in with the facility’s receptionist. The resident will be asked to provide the completed and signed tuberculin(TB) testing form at that time. The resident should only bring the allowable items listed in the Resident Handbook. Items that are rejected will be stored in the property room so that they may be taken home.

The resident may bring up to one carton of cigarettes with him. The resident has twenty-four hours from the time of intake to have the one carton of cigarettes brought in. After the date of intake no cigarettes may be brought to the resident.

The cigarettes must be one of one of the following brands, all others will be rejected:
   Basic Regular
   GPC Menthol
   Marlboro Regular
